Hailing from the exceptional 2018 vintage, our Mia Mousseux Blanc de Blancs is crafted from estate-grown Dijon clone 95 and 96 chardonnay. Aged for two years en tirage, it is draped in a gown of shimmering antique gold and expresses itself with understated power. The nose explodes out of the glass as classic aromas of orchard fruit, almond pastry, hazelnut skin, white flowers, and cardamom well up in rapid succession. In the mouth, there's depth, as focused acidity balances creaminess at the core, giving lift to flavors of dried honey, thyme, and stony minerality.
