2018 Pinot Gris Reserve
Lange Estate Winery was one of the pioneering producers of Pinot Gris in the Willamette Valley and in the U.S. This wine was fermented in neutral French oak puncheon barrels and spent part of it's life in cellar aging in concrete, where it gained volume and richness without the weight and flavor impact of oak. .
With bright acidity and fresh flavors of peach, papaya, and apricot, our Pinot Gris Reserve offers a richness rarely found in this varietal. Its silky yet firm and focused mid-palate gives way to a perfect sip with harmonized notes of nectarine, honeysuckle, and a hint of lemon zest.
