This Chardonnay was produced with fruit from premier vineyards in Oregon's Northern Willamette Valley, including Freedom Hill, Durant, and Lange Estate Vineyards. Only free-run juice was collected to craft this wine, and fermented in mostly stainless steel and neutral puncheons. Malolactic fermentation was not encouraged in this wine, lending to its sprightly frame and balanced structure.
Aromas of pear, yellow apple, fresh pastry, and blanched almonds open in the glass. Yellow apple and pear carry over to the palate along with notes of melon, lemon zest, and flinty minerality. The body is supple and fresh, with a steely acidity and persistence, finishing with notes of orchard fruit, lemon, and crushed stone.

Honeysuckle, apricot, spiced pear and grilled peach on the nose. It’s full-bodied, creamy and juicy with a ripe core of stone fruit. Drink now. Screw cap.
