A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, our 2018 Brut Rosé is dry, complex, and flavorful. It opens with an ebullient bouquet of alpine strawberries, Queen Anne’s cherries, freshly cut red apple, acacia honey, and the merest hint of chalky minerality. On the palate, creaminess at the core sinks beneath a garland of bubbles, cresting to a finish of pink pomelo pith and crushed stone. 350 cases
