A new addition to our limited-release tier of ‘Evangeline’ wines, the 2023 Evangeline Chardonnay was crafted to showcase the nuanced expression of Dundee Hills Chardonnay when aged in concrete. Time in conrete results a vibrant acidity, crisp freshness, and allows more rounded texture than stainless steel.

This Evangeline Chardonnay displays aromas of candied peach, transitioning to hints of unripe melon, offering subtle white florals. The palate reveals minerality reminiscent of wet shells, enhancing complexity and paralleling its concrete élevge.
